Our Approach To Relational Counseling

Marriages and relationships are a place of immense growth, beauty, and challenge. At times, you and your partner may feel on top of the world, and at others, you may feel isolated or disconnected. Let’s face it, relationships are hard work, and it takes regular communication and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. We offer a safe, unbiased space for you and your partner to listen to one another and explore your feelings constructively.

What can you expect from couples counseling?

Our goal is to help you work toward the changes that you desire in your relationship(s). We’ll help guide you through frameworks to better understand why obstacles arise in romantic partnerships, and help you build skills to become more mindful, resilient, and compassionate toward yourself and your partner.

Relational counseling isn’t just for couples who are in a crisis.

Life constantly presents challenges that test our trust, compassion and respect toward one another. Even if you don’t think you need it, ongoing therapy can be one of the best ways to maintain wellness and stability in your relationship.
