ABOUT

Meet Torey Andrus, LMFT.

Nice to meet you! I’m Torey, LMFT Therapist and owner of Wellness PNW Counseling. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship distress, communication difficulties, intimacy & sex concerns, low self-esteem, infidelity, or betrayal. My practice is informed by a systemic and anti-oppression lens.

My unique approach blends Narrative, Gottman and EFT (emotionally-focused) modalities which when combined, help dig deeper into your lived experiences to truly understand the “why” behind the concerns you may be facing. This provides a stronger foundation to build the right tools for YOU to better manage underlying issues that cause tension.
