Policies & Insurance
Payment Methods: I accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, or check.
Payment is due at the time of our session.
Wellness PNW is a private pay practice and as a result does not accept insurance. However, many insurance companies give out-of-network reimbursements for mental health services. Check with your insurance provider to understand what reimbursement options may be available for you. Additionally, I can provide you a monthly superbill as needed. Most insurance companies will require a mental health diagnosis in order to fulfill payment and the couples therapy sessions will be billed as 'family psychotherapy with the patient present’.
What to Expect: The first meeting together will last approximately 60 minutes. During this time, we will discuss what led you to seek services, your treatment goals, your history, present concerns, and the duration/frequency of our visits together. Ongoing sessions will last approximately 50 minutes unless otherwise determined.
12-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations, with the exception of emergencies. In the event that you can't make an appointment, please let me know at least know 12 hours in advance. Clients who miss appointments or cancel late will be charged in accordance with the late cancellation/no-show policy.
*PLEASE NOTE: As an independent practice, I do not have continuous or on-call crisis management services. You may leave me a message at any time, and mt goal is to return client calls within 2 business days, However, I am not available 24 hours a day. It is important to note that although we take every step possible to ensure your confidentiality, text messaging or email cannot be guaranteed secure (unless otherwise noted), and should be utilized at your discretion.
